A message to all our valued customers, You will, no doubt, be aware of the tragic and sudden death of Michael Paterson, which has been a shock for both family and friends. You will appreciate that this is a difficult time for us and that it will take us a while to come to terms with, and so we would ask for your support during this period. It is our family's intention to carry on and provide the same level of sales and service that has been offered for the last 70 years. Therefore we would ask that you would adopt a "business as usual" approach and continue to phone us for all your sales and service requirements. In the very short term, for the next week or two, our experienced staff will provide a full sales and service facility and keep your wheels in motion. Longer term a new management team of Michael's son Mark and brother Clifford will do their best to emulate Michael's efficient and personal touch. For the last few years J. Paterson and Sons have been the top Honda sales and service dealer in the UK and this is how we intend to go forward.
